Visited twice recently early evening as staying in the area. Easy to park, clean carpark with bins. No problems with ordering. Food came quickly, nice and hot. Tables and chairs clean. Staff friendly and obliging. Easy to dispose of cups, food containers etc..after meal.

We ordered a takeaway at about 6pm. 30mins later we were still waiting and our order number had disappeared from their order screen. We spoke to a member of staff, who asked for evidence of payment. We explained that the receipt had not come out of their machine. She then spoke to someone and discovered that our order had been forgotten about as they were so busy. When we eventually got our order and checked the items when we got home we discovered the apple juice was missing. The service we received was a complete shambles. :(

Where uber eats continues to fail me as a customer the store manager sorted out for me straight away. If you can avoid uber eats, 3 hours later delivery shows up cold and items were missing.. why should the store suffer uber eats mistakes constantly is absolutely ridiculous.. To the team at the store thank you so much for rectifying the issue I did not take the chaps name on the phone but he was mega helpful. Thanks team

Ordered drive thru, 6 mayo chicken 6 double cheeseburger and 3 large fries, how do you guys still manage to forget the 3 fries? This is a very simple order for mistakes. Absolutely useless
