Big shoutout to Ayushi! Popped into the Hayes Town Costa today and had the best experience. I was super indecisive and honestly a bit confused about what to get, but Ayushi was so lovely and patient with me. She was incredibly thoughtful, took the time to suggest options, and recommended an iced matcha that was absolutely spot on. It was literally the perfect drink! Her customer service skills are amazing, she genuinely went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It’s rare to get such warm, genuine service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back to this branch!

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I ordered a matcha latte and it came spilt and not packaged properly at all the way it’s mean to be when u order for home delivery AND they gave me no straws or tissues or even the cup holder that ur meant to put the drinks in when it’s a delivery!!! Never order from this place again this is the 2nd time it’s happened to me and it’s only happened at this location other locations always package my drinks properly and give me straws which you are meant to since I’VE ordered an ICED DRINK and it’s common sense which this person who packed my order doesn’t have!
