Recieved a vegetable deluxe box with a chicken burger in the box via uber eats from this store.... so if your vegetarian avoidddddd this place massive blunder on their part. I am currently escalating this as I am fuming as it is going in the bin, I will also be contacting trading standard.

Absolutely shocking experience at McDonald's. Waited nearly 30 minutes for food that came out ICE cold like it had been sitting there since breakfast. Fries were soggy, burger looked like someone sat on it, and the drink had more ice than actual soda. Staff acted like serving customers was the biggest inconvenience in the world. Tables were dirty, ketchup everywhere, and the whole place felt chaotic. Honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Has part time security and a full time in house vagrant. Staff and security do not care about customer experience, as giving home to vagrant is more important than paying customers. This person is Disturbing every customer and asking for money. Well done McDonald's! Never coming back to this awful restaurant

The atmosphere was amazing 😻😻😻😻 received food within few minutes management team is very helpful and friendly 😃 towards customers 😃😃 i always place my order here through uber when ever i come go hayes town for shopping prefer to eat here 😉
