I recently visited Waitrose in Haywards Heath and found the selection of goods to be plentiful, with a wide range of products available throughout the store. It was easy to find what I needed, and the shop was generally well stocked and pleasant to browse. However, the back of the shop where the fish and fresh deli counters are located smelled very heavily of bad drains, which was quite off putting while perusing the food. It really detracted from what is otherwise a good shopping experience.

I always like Waitrose. Quite a size of store with extensive range. All the things you need are available under one roof. They have a big team of staff and all are very helpful. Its not the store but their employees what makes this store 5 star. Btw very convenient location right next to train station.

As a delivery driver, I really appreciate collecting orders from Waitrose. The team is always fast and professional. Most of the time, the order is ready within five minutes of arrival. They often start preparing the package before we even get there, so we just scan and go. This saves us a lot of time and helps us complete deliveries efficiently and safely. Because of their organisation and professionalism, riders can earn more and provide better service to customers. Very helpful team and a great experience for delivery drivers. This Waitrose is big and full of great deals. Lovely to roam around the aisles. The Waitrose cafe attached to it is also fab and serves delicious beverages and food. I was served by an absolutely wonderful lady today, Tracey, who made my visit feel warm and special- thank you ☺️
