Just visited this awesome Costa branch and wow, it's a winner! ☕ The coffee here is consistently top-notch, making every sip a delight. I visit here regularly as live down the road and the staff are extremely friendly. One lady in particular was really kind yesterday explaining the difference between all the new drinks (ube, matcha, oat velvetino). It’s just a nice chilled Costa and never feels too busy or rushed even when it’s full!

Popped in for a coffee with my other half and ended up with a circus act thrown in for free. A cheese toastie was launched from the counter and caught across the shop by the manager - seemed like standard practice. ​The entertainment continued with the barrista snacking on apples while making our drinks. I did try to have a quiet word with the manager about the hygiene side of things, but he didn't seem overly bothered. It wasn’t even busy, so it all felt a bit odd. We won't be back, but if you're looking for flying snacks and a very laid-back vibe, this is the one! ;-)

Terrible experience after 2 visits. Asked for a chai tea latte and when I tried it there was no chai In it. Did mention to the barrister and she said here is and did nothing. Cup was 3/4 full. Staff not the most friendly. The airport petrol station Costa is miles better
