Ordered a Big Arch Medium meal with fries, a regular hot chocolate and a large Galaxy Salted Caramel Mcflurry (which I was looking forward to most) through the app, but got a child's fruit shoot instead!?!? As usual; attempted to sort with McDonald's virtual assistant and tried to call the store as I'm already 58, but the phone was left to ring until the receiver was picked up and put straight back down repeatedly. Waited 40 minutes for 2 McFlurrys and a large coke. We was waiting and waiting with no response. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here if u want to have fast service. The ice cream was melted too. He was rude when he came to drop off the ice cream too.👎😡🍦

I’ve been using Heckmondwike for many years and would usually say it’s ok 3 star. That changed this evening. Amongst other items I ordered a choc milkshake. When we went to collect from drive through it wasn’t handed over. We queried this and were told we hadn’t ordered one. Clearly we had but it was missed but rather than apologising the lad on the window advised I hadn’t ordered one.
