Food was good and arrived very quickly. Ordered philly cheese stack , frise and white coffee. Service guy was very nice and even ask if we needs anything extra.

Waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes and nobody came to serve me, Lots of staff members looking at me but got completely ignored. Ended up using the screens to order (Wanted to use a voucher, which was why I went to the counter) Chips were half full and was given the wrong burger, Didn’t bother going back to the counter to try and change it because I knew I would be ignored! They seem so busy dealing with the deliveroos etc… They don’t have time for the customers in store.

I have been going to this McDonald's since I was a kid. Over the years it has only got better. We all need a McDonald's fix at some point especially when times are busy and the big M is at your disposal for convenience. The food is fresh and for how busy this place is the food gets served quickly. The one thing that sticks out from the other McDonald's are the friendly staff especially the manager . Very helpful and considerate

I was in the top floor where the light was flickering. My brother ordered 3 burgers one original and two big macs. When it arrived the original was like two bites it's was appalling. The chips are greasy but they gave us a bunch of sauces which is great. The burger came with no pickles that ordered and not a lot of onions. The ice creams are just milky not creamy. Never again mcdonalds
