We order food and spent over 10 pounds. While paying I accidentally left my drink on the counter and left, we came back less than 5 minutes later and they threw it away and didn’t apologise or offer any sort of compensation or drink from their machine. As someone who works in retail this is absolutely not on.

Absolutely useless in this store, the worst Subway I have ever experienced, they got my order wrong on the 4 occasions I’ve ordered from them, missing large amounts of items, one order missing £20 worth of food, called the store and got told well were busy, like it’s ok to rip people off because you can’t handle the service levels, that’s not a customer problem. Why I kept ordering is stupid I know, but I love subway and kept thinking surely not again. The 5th time I went in to store thinking surely they can get it right in front of me, maybe even it’s not their fault but fault of the driver,
