First time visiting The Spice Lounge and we wasn't disappointed. Was seated straight away, drinks ordered and before we knew it the starter had arrived. The food was amazing and we didn't have to wait very long between courses either which was really good considering how busy it was. All staff we friendly, the atmosphere was great and as I said, the food was amazing. We'll definitely be going back.

Lovely friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff really made our meal memorable. The food was quick and very tasty. Portion size was perfect and every dish was full of flavour. There was a meal deal when we visited which was good value although not everything on the menu was included.

Not sure what happened to this restaurant. We used them all the time, and it used to be brilliant. The last delivery we had was a Tikka Massala and a Butter Chicken, both quite thick sauces, yet ours was absolutely full of water. It looked as though they were running out of sauce and had tried to make it stretch by adding water. What was worse was the handling of the complaint, unprofessional, and argumentative staff on the phone. Will not be using this restaurant again, sadly. Such a shame as it was great to have a nice restaurant in our hometown. What was worse is that I was promised a call
