Second visit, needed to give a review this time. Staff didn't quite understand me when I asked for serviettes and kind of corrected me with saying, Nakins?! She also made a comment about the Mac n Cheese sandwich I ordered. The young man who served me over the counter was pleasant, so was the older lady who made my hot drink. See how one staff can spoil it all, for an overall experience. Will think twice about returning, although the toastie was nice, next time I can get it from M&S. It's a collaboration with them. Toilets were locked, bit of a faff to open them up, ended up not going. Pa

The team is lovely - very kind and helpful, including helpful vulnerable customers or those with mobility problems. Always friendly and accommodating. Sometimes gets quite busy with small families and chairs/tables can get a bit muddled, but staff always put back as soon as they get a moment.

Andrew , James and Melinda should be in the Costa Hall of Fame. They handled a £100 order of just coffees on a snowy Tuesday like it was nothing , which is no easy feat. If you’re in the area, don’t just buy yourself a coffee , get them one too!
