FC B★★This is a real review. The rice box was tasty, the service was good and the staff were nice and helpful. But I got diarrhoea exactly 45 mins after eating it. This never happens to me so I think the staff weren’t careful or clean enough. The reason I gave it 2 stars because honestly it tasted good and the cashier was nice. But I think the kitchen staff did a poor job.

But yesterday I had the chicken burger ( Extra hot, chimichurri fries and chimichurri sauce ) meal so much better then Nando’s by far Thankyou for cooking you meat properly as well I do get nervous with grilled meat takeaway.delicious!!
h a★Very disappointing experience at Pepe’s Chicken Hillingdon. The chicken I was served was undercooked, chewy, and clearly not cooked properly. When I cut into it, there was still red meat visible inside. I took it back and showed it to the manager, expecting the issue to be taken seriously. Instead, I was told that this was "normal" for their process and branch. The manager was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no concern about the quality of the food or the customer experience. Undercooked chicken is not something that should be brushed off as normal. I left feeling ignored and disappointed by
