Absolutely shocking, had a busy evening so decided to get some food from here. Not only did they miss out one of our mini fillet burgers, they missed one of our cookies, gave my partner the wrong wrap and gave us another mini fillet burger which was just chicken, bun and ketchup. 99% of the time we come here there is always at least one thing wrong, we were lucky we stayed to eat as we would of been even more upset if we had got home and realised it was all wrong!

Went to the drive through today, had Zinger Burger Meal. The intercom was terrible, the lady had to ask me 3 times what I was ordering. Food was poor at best, luke warm chips, burger was luke warm and all over the place. What a waste of £8.99, will go over the road to Subway next time. KFC used to be quality, what happened?

Food was ok, gravy was runny, service is definitely not the best. One miserable person serving. I also find the fact that you have to order at a kiosk and can't in person ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. Not everyone has a card, and to make you go through hoops just for a burger is ridiculous. It was also not very well cleaned.

It is all just mediocre, the food, the staff, the done in area, just depressing when it should be vibes and fun. Food is average, hit at least bit can be a wait, not the franchisees fault but the fries are just terrible, pricing is expensive for what it is (again, corporate issue rather than franchisee), for a quick stop then fine but it could do much better with 5% more effort from the owners.
