Honestly the best local Japanese food I've had. Tasty isn't even the word and everydish is presented with care. I'd argue its really well priced too. Only slight gripe was how busy it was (which just say's how good the food is) which meant waiting 40 minutes for the next dish.

I’d seen a huge crowd outside this place so many times that I figured it had to be a serious hot spot. I finally managed to book in for a Saturday dinner to see what the fuss was about—and wow, the hype is real! The sushi was absolutely amazing; easily some of the freshest and best-prepared I’ve had in a long time. Even though the restaurant was buzzing and super busy, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They didn't make us feel rushed at all. If you’re in Hitchin and craving Japanese food, this is the place. 10/10 would recommend! 🍣🥢✨

My friend recommended this Japanese restaurant to us. There is many different options for the dishes. The service is good and thx for the recommendation from the female staff. We like sushi the most because the hot food seemed a bit salty for us. I suggest if photo provided in the menu is perfect. I assure that I will re-visit again soon.
