Khiz★★★★★The food was decent however I came across an issue with one of the meals which was sorted by Chris who had excellent customer service skills which really stood out and he was very clear and understandable when communicating. As a regular Nando’s customer this experience was by far one of the best I’ve ever had thanks to Chris and I will be returning to this branch. The cutlery was also cleaner than other branches I’ve visited.

Mh Mou★Very disappointing experience at Nando’s!!! The chicken we were served was clearly undercooked. As shown in the photo, parts of the meat were pink and looked raw, which was very concerning. After eating the meal, we felt unwell and had food poisoning symptoms. This is a serious food safety issue, not just a matter of presentation. We spent over £60 on this meal and had to make several follow-up calls to customer services afterwards. In the end, the only thing offered was a £15 credit, which did not feel appropriate given what happened.I’m sharing this so other customers are aware and can make
