Sounds daft, but we actually booked the Premier Inn round the corner specifically so that we could go here for our breakfast/ lunch. The food is really that good! The quality of what they serve is the best I've had. I normally go for the full English or the American, and the produce that they use is exceptional. I cannot fault it. Price wise, roughly the same as what you'd get in the hotel, but so much nicer. We visited last year and discovered this cafe right on the door step of the hotel. We visited London in July 2025 and found this little gem of a cafe. We were staying in the premier inn nearby and had eaten breakfast in there, however it wasn’t great so we looked outwith for breakfast for the rest of our stay, finding Fast Break! I particularly love that you don’t have to wait to be shown a table, the staff instantly meet you at the door, welcome you in with friendly chat and seat you. Me and my family came for a proper breakfast and it was delicious, a proper greasy spoon but the food and service was fantastic. The portions were massive and only about ten pound a plate which was great value. Favourites were the good sausage and mushroom, always a sign of a good fry up. 100% recommend if you're after a satisfying full english

What a great little spot that we basically fell into by accident. I had the American - Bacon, eggs, sausage and pancakes! I was so hungry that I ate it all before I remembered to take a photo! My wife had the British omelette and son had the Spanish omelette. All of it was delicious and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this spot!
