This is the greatest Dutch bakery. They anre always so welcoming when I go shopping ! Anthony or Tony as I call him is very welcoming and friendly as is everyone else is. I always enjoy going by and getting fresh pastries. It is so great that they remember you and how personable they are. They appreciate me and my business. They are the best. When you go in, be sure and ask for Tony!

Despite working close by, I haven't been to this store in a while but wanted to treat myself to a coffee on the way to work. I was so impressed by the excellent customer service provided this morning - there was just the one man serving, with one barista, and between them they were very pleasant, prompt service, managing multiple orders with a smile. I felt compelled to write a review because good customer service in cafes can be rare and on this occasion I was suitably impressed!

Guided there by the (Roxy) light, and reached taste bud nirvana when I went in and indulged in very reasonably priced cranberry cookie and blueberry muffin. I regret not going back for more as I wandered about on my that-was-then punk tour. Great staff, chill vibe inside. Ignore the pushy touts across the lane.

I had a chai latte. It was really tasteless. I’d say it was the worst I’ve ever had. It came out lukewarm at first, so I took it back and they reheated it, but it still tasted just as bad. I paid 4.65 pounds for a chai latte, but I didn’t get my money’s worth.
