Emi Bud★★★★★I have been ging to this place as a lover of hot chocolate (and someone who rarely drinks coffee) for a few years now, and today I finally deicded to write this long overdue review. In short, what a treat! First off, the Chococo 'brand' is a family run independent business from Dorest. I think they have four or five locations (I may be out of date) and Horsham is one of them! The location is smack bang in the middle of town overlooking the old town centre and the flowers. Inside there is ample seating and it is always warm- and staff are always very friendly. Phantom★I ordered 2 coffees and a cake, it took 15 minutes for the staff to serve! Once served, there was no brown sugar, so I had to literally go hunting for it. In addition, there weren't any napkins available. The customer service was just awful, incredibly appalling. The coffee? - It was ok, but nothing to write home about (served luke warm I might add). The cake? - it was dry at best! Perhaps left out in the air for too long? Who knows! 🤷 My intention was to actually go to Caffe Nero/Starbucks as I walked from the bottom of town but decided to give this place a go - I regretted every singl
