They delivered my order incomplete. When I went back, they insisted they had given me the missing items and argued with me. Why would I bother coming back for two pieces of chicken if it wasn't missing? The gentleman who took and prepared the order was rude and aggressive. Then the store manager came and gave me the missing items, but even she only gave them to me after I insisted. They showed zero performance in terms of customer satisfaction.

So in 2022 i ordered £60 worth of food for 3 adults on (JUST EAT) for the order to arrive 1 hour 55 minutes past the estimated time frame given. Once it finally came I got a meal for ONE PERSON!! I called the store directly stating what had happened and what was given the lady on the other end was absolutely vile and rude at the time. After that experience I vowed never to order from KFC Horsham again. Fast forward to the 24th of June 26. The missus was craving KFC I thought after 4 years surely things would have approved at least. I ordered on (Deliveroo) a mini fillet meal with 1 piece chic

Ordered a 4-piece Original Chicken meal and received what looked like a family reunion of drumsticks ,3 legs and 1 lonely thigh fighting for survival. 😭 I didn’t know I ordered the ‘all legs special’. To make things better, the cold drink was packed right next to the hot food, so by the time it arrived the Pepsi had turned into chicken soup temperature. Impressive innovation honestly. Food still tasted good, but next time maybe let the chicken parts meet other relatives too

First time to KFC in years, kids had been badgering me to take them for their first time. Service was good, hats off to Jay for doing his best behind the counter. Chicken was great, chips better than they used to be. Biggest shock was how clean the bathroom was, had expected it to be horrible. All in all a pleasant experience.
