I'm a regular Kororo Customer, mainly a weekly visit to the Guildford Branch, but have always found the Horsham one to be lacking in portion size compared to others. I like others have ridden the recent price hikes of their dishes on the basis that its really tasty and portion sizes remain good. But Horsham's insistance to wrap the container in an additional, completely unneccessary, film of cling-film is laughable. I pick Kokoro for its flavours, but the food quality at the Horsham branch has become unacceptable. The chicken was extremely hard to chew, very rubbery, and almost like plastic, honestly harmful to consume 🤢 This is the third time it has happened, which is frustrating. A couple of times there has even been a ridiculously foul smell not spices aroma, but as if the food was old or had gone bad. 🤮 It’s disappointing to see this happen repeatedly. Absolutely delicious and generous portions. New to the area, trying out a new place every week and kokoro was mentioned a few times so I had to give it a try. At first I was hesitant because I'm not a Sushi fan, but looking over there extended menu there was so many options I'm going to have to return to try other dishes. This place was hard to find as a newbie in Horsham but well worth it. Food was delicious. No queue and fast serving times. Shame my noodles were heated up in the microwave but I'll allow it because they were delicious aswell. Portion size is generous and a large will fill you
