I really loved their service. A special mention to Vanusan — he is a very kind person who always puts a smile on the customers’ faces. His service is excellent every time.

I had a disappointing experience with one of the night shift staff members. He was not respectful towards customers and did not provide good service. I hope management can address this issue and improve customer service during night hours.
