Been to Four seasons Spice for a dinner. 1st impression, the ambience is good. But it was cold inside. They said only have 2 heaters fitted in. Asked for water 3-4 times but didn’t bother. From menu wanted to order Gongura chicken but not available. Many dishes from the menu were not available. Then ordered what was available I.e. chicken curry. It was good in a taste but then realised they served in a chipped bowl (pic attached). When reported this, they just didn’t bothered and didn’t even sorry about it and completely ignored the health and safety of the people. Just didn’t like the staff b

Today I ordered Chicken 65 for takeaway from Four Season Spice in Hounslow. I was surprised to be charged the higher dine-in price despite ordering takeaway. The food quality was extremely disappointing. The portion contained very little chicken and appeared to be bulked up with excessive batter/flour. More concerning was the strong fish smell coming from the chicken. It seemed as though the same oil had been used to fry fish and then reused for the chicken without proper separation. “I recently dined at Four Seasons restaurant and was disappointed by the lack of basic hygiene practices regarding the cutlery. The utensils were placed directly on the table surface without any tissue, napkin, or wrapper to separate them from the table. This is concerning as tables can harbor germs from previous customers, cleaning residues, or general use. While the food/service was not bad proper hygiene standards are essential, especially post-pandemic. Restaurants should ideally provide cutlery on a clean napkin, in a wrapped set, or on a dedicated plate/sanitized holder. I hope managemen
