As the name suggests, the chai is definitely the highlight — it’s excellent.. However, it’s quite rich for me and upsets as I have a sensitive stomach. Switched to a medium cup as I found a large cup a bit too much. One cup is easily enough to share between two people. I also tried some of the food. I had a great time at Karak Chaii in Hounslow. They have designed a warm inviting café where desi chai culture meets contemporary design. I look forward to seeing authentic desi designs and inviting interiors in many cafés. When I walked into Karak Chaii, I was welcomed by the inviting aroma of freshly prepared wholesome chai and food. Karak Chaii offers a great blend of rich and flavorful, yet perfectly balanced chai. Amongst all the chai I have had in London, this was the best without a doubt. Overall food seems to be overrated The staff needs lot of training and communication skills Tried the chicken thicken on and the dall roll along with three sauces . The sauces tasted awful food taste was pretty basic standard or should I say below standard. Nothing that would compel me to revisit except for its ambience.
