We visited this wine bar yesterday and had an amazing time. The vibe is cozy, relaxed, and effortlessly Parisian. The food was delicious and full of flavor, and the cocktails were fantastic - creative, well balanced, and dangerously easy to keep ordering. A huge thank you to Paula for making our evening extra special with her warmth, attentiveness, and great recommendations. A shout-out as well to the rest of the team, who were all wonderful, friendly, and welcoming throughout the night. And compliments to the chef - the dishes were truly excellent and clearly made with care. We left happy,

We arrived for our booking and the atmosphere was choric: the bar was covered in dirty glasses, there was a large party of drunk people outside using very choice language, tables sticky etc. We were told drinks 10-15 mins as everyone was ordering cocktails: we should have left then as didn’t bode well but were with friends. There were less than 50% of tables occupied and only 2 others actually ordering, as all others were leaving, so not sure why such a delay. What an amazing experience! Paris wine bar is everything and more! Paula was the most amazing bar host, suggesting fine wines and complimenting the perfect fresh food and fish accompaniment! This hidden gem in the heart of true Hove ensures chilled white and rose wine is poured perfectly and full bodied red tempts our taste buds to perfection. My date and I never reached the bottom of our glass, Paula had already topped us up with a smile! Ruby the bar manager was incredible and ensured everyone was perfectly happy. A true authentic wine bar, beautiful heated garden, in the jewel of Hove.

We went this evening for cocktails where when we arrived was very busy. Its Clearly is a very popular place where a lot of people enjoy. Would definitely recommend from the music to the atmosphere Staff are very welcoming and engaging with customers we had a great time especially when we had table service with a lovely lady Jess she was very likeable and spent time talking with us with the most wonderful care throughout.
