Some astounding levels of customer service here. I enquired when purchasing my coffee if they do a discount for your own cup, the girl (brown/chestnut, shoulder-length hair) who served me said yes and that she’d applied it. Whilst waiting for my coffee I realised that I hadn’t been given the discount, so I politely pointed this out to the same girl. Her response was “well I applied it”. I said that I wasn’t doubting that she applied it on the computer/till but that I didn’t get a discount. This company have really gone from hero to zero. The coffee itself has gone from excellent to average. The staff are friendly themselves but the company are constantly understaffed resulting in spontaneous early closing times. It doesn’t surprise me considering the rumours I’ve heard about the way the company is run and the staff are treated. With no other coffee shop open on my chosen route, no coffee for me!… sure, not a life threatening problem… but very frustrating! Atmosphere is average. I would honestly avoid. Our local coffee shop with the loveliest staff (special mention to Maddie, Nicky and Lana). Best coffee in the area and they have a great deal on weekdays morning for pastry and coffee Oh and if you’re lucky you can score a uniquely drawn cup by Nicky!!

Bizarre company, charging 60 pence extra for alternative milks. Yet no discount for not having dairy, The staff definitely need retraining because they are very rude and they very rarely remember to give you your own cup discount. It wouldn't surprise me if this shuts down soon, with so many friendly places to go to, I would say you are better off avoiding this one.
