Came for an evening Sunday Roast and we were pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of pigs in blankets on the plate, and a cheese sauce for the cauliflower! Clean plates all round and even stayed for desserts (and all had another set of clean plates). Music was brilliant - lots of 70s classics and the like. We sat in the conservatory-style section and got the best of the golden hour. Will definitely be back again soon!

Our first time visiting and we were more than happy with our experience. Dog friendly and complimentary doggy treats so our molly was happy. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff both, Tegan & Caria were lovely and very helpful. Definitely worth a visit 👍🏻

What a fantastic find! We decided to call for a pub lunch/dinner on the back spending a lovely day in Seaham and found ‘The Bishop Lodge’ on our way home. We required it to be dog friendly and that it was. Staff here were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. Would recommend this place to anyone. 👍

Been before and roast was a lot better the pork belly was nice in flavour but the 'crackling' was soggy which was unfortunate but probably just a one off. Nice space though. The honey lemon possessed with pineapple was delicious though!! Definitely get that again!
