“Food, staff and drinks all superb”

I placed my order via the app while waiting at the front counter for my order the staff the where standing talking. I could then see my order on the bagging counter my order was placed in the bag and left open i waited 10 mins they finally brought it over I explained it has been left open for 10 mins and all the food was cold. I asked them to change the order no apology just rude looks of the staff they brought my order back over and more dirty looks no apology disgusting service mcdonalds food is not cheap and you expect it to be cold awful service.

They make us wait outside even though most of the orders are already ready inside. They prefer to hand them out all at once, which forces drivers to wait outside unnecessarily.

I went round the drive through and was waiting 10 minutes to place an order. Then a rude member of staff answered with an attitude to then be waiting another 5 minutes to pay for my order. Then to only be described as chucked the food by the member of staff who took my order and the window slammed shut. Still then having to ask for missing items of my order . I’m never normally the person to complain but the rudeness of fhe members of staff tonight was disgusting and I won’t be visiting again.

Whoever was working on the second window this morning with the red shirt and a foreign accent their service and attitude was appalling. There’s just no need for it at all. She clearly has an issue with something and takes it out on paying customers. You’re getting paid to do a job and provide a service if you’ve forgotten, just politely hand over the food and drinks and do better. Plus the food was awful too.
