Worst ever experience with this restaurant. After making order called up restaurant and informed last time when I ordered received only 1 box of sauce so this time give 1 additional box since it’s 1kg order and they agreed to send. When received see the portion which was sent and when I called up again answer was we sent please check and when I said I can send the photo of what you have sent then blame on driver would have taken and cut the call. If you don’t give sauces free mention that on Uber so we can pay and order. Do not try to cheat the customer.

Ordered takeaway - was not ready 45 mins later despite telling me it would be 15 mins. Chapli kebab is fragrant and would’ve tasted better with some tweaks, however it’s been mixed with something glutinous as it not crispy nor is it meaty so very disappointing. Kabuli pilau portion was good however the meat was smelly. I’m not entirely sure why this is, perhaps bad quality or lack of spices when cooking the lamb. Overall 3/5 didn’t really hit it spot.

A couple of weeks ago, we visited Shinwari Restaurant in Ilford. The overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, which made for a relaxed dining experience. However, we did notice some dust around the place, which slightly affected the cleanliness impression. When it came to food, the experience was a bit mixed. The rice was not up to the mark, lacking flavor and texture, but the chips and other side dishes were quite good. The curry was served in a large portion, which is great for sharing, but it was too oily — not ideal from a health perspective. The service was generally good, though one thin
