John★I had a horrible experience with a member of staff last Monday I believe his name was kalid I think I hear the other staff say. He was tall and dark skinned. He was very rude to me as I was ordering somthing and he spoke down to me as he could understand what I was saying I would like this to be dealt with and I’m not going to appreciate or tolerate that attitude again
