The food was here immediately after ordering, always had a smile on his face and was cracking jokes with us! Joe often came back to our table to make sure we enjoyed the food and made our meal a joy! I recently visited Nando’s and had a really pleasant experience. We were seated quickly after arriving, which was great as it meant we could relax and start looking at the menu right away. The service throughout the visit was fast and efficient, and our food arrived promptly. The staff were especially friendly and welcoming, making sure everything was okay and creating a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable visit with great service. This Nando’s has a happy atmosphere, the staff make you feel welcome and served me and my daughter with smiles. There was plenty of seating and we didn’t have to queue to go in. The lemon and herb chicken wings had the perfect amount of herb and the lemon added a delicious tangy taste. The corn on the cob tasted divine. The spicy rice was extremely flavoursome and had the right amount of kick. I highly recommend this Nando’s it’s worth every penny!

We came after the football, had a bit of an issue of waiting for 40 minutes for the food so the score would have been much lower had it not been for the way the manager handled our disappointment. Kudos to her, she was very apologetic, dealt with it in a ultra professional way and rectified it quickly. Being in a customer service management role myself she handled it perfectly and deserves praise, so thank you.
