As a customer that waits in the shop for my food I always notice priority is given to the delivery orders. If they have fish already cooked then more fresh fish is cooked, guaranteed the freshest fish is getting used for the delivery’s. The staff go out their way to take the fresh fish from the back keeping the older fish for the walk in customers. Most customers that go there have cars and have to drive home. The food cooked first should always be served first doesn’t matter if it’s for delivery or not! It’s basic hygiene practice FIFO (First In, First Out): Ensure the first batch of cooked

Food being served almost instantly was the first alarm bell. Breaded haddock was dry and tasteless with more bones than fish. Also had an off taste as if it had been sitting next to something for a while.

Have ordered a fish and chips online, collection was in 20 minutes. From shop to my house is 2minutes drive with a car.Fish and chips was very soft,mushy like and almost cold-looks like been cooked hours ago and then just kept under the lights!!! Fish very oily🤮 I used to work in a shop for over 3 years,so I know when it cooked freshly... Never again and not recommend to anyone. Especially that its not cheap 2! Horrible experience,my money in a bin now.
