ive been using this chippy for years to mainly get fritters.roll n fritters and most times they tend to be cooked to order there a good size and a good price and hot .always good to support a local business and i go out my way when visiting Irvine to get a portion of fritters good fast service too and staff are friendly and cheery which always makes it a pleasure and never a chore .

This is what passes as mushy peas these days no seasoning absolutely terrible! Soggy fish as well remember this place use to be pretty decent shame it's the standards are definitely up to scratch won't be back! Also never had any tartar sauce definitely a lot better chippies local.

Visited recently and unfortunately the owner’s attitude really let the place down. The way we were spoken to felt abrupt and dismissive, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service goes a long way, especially in a local chippy. Disappointed as I’d heard good things.
