Most mcdonalds arent great anyway. But in this one, you really have to check you have been given the food that you ordered! And if you sit in, how unprofessional the staff are is frustrating. The staff members just stand next to you while your eating as if its a social club, while you wait ages on your food. I have had it so staff are literally leaning on my table while I'm eating and 5 members of staff are talking about what they got up to in there weekend, for the entire time that I'm there. My partner also had an experience with the staff that they were playing with the mops, and yhe dirty

Ordered three meals through just eat, food arrived cold with NO DRINKS! And half the contents of a salad missing. Courier didn't attempt to give us our drinks even after contacting them and after trying to the phone the restaurant 10 times and never got answered and HUNG up on! Will be going to the kilmarnock one in future!

My partner and i ordered through the app for us to pick up for us and our daughter. We collected our order and stupidly trusted that it would have been correct however this wasnt the case. So we had to take it all back down to get it changed to the correct order, but when we got there they couldnt offer the mccrispy that was ordered as they had ran out of chicken.. how this can happen when its new to the menu and it was 3.30 in the afternoon is beyond me. I would strongly advise anyone ordering from here to check your order. Order chicken nuggets and get a fillet o fish. Even came in a chicken nugget box so would also advise to open everything. In fact I wouldn't bother going. Aldi chicken nuggets keep my kids happy. At least they know they're not going to get a filet o fish. Very very common for orders not to be right. Wouldn't use the drive through or app. Just go in if you really want a McDonald's. At least then you can take it back. They don't answer the phone.
