Jarrow, South Shields NE34 9QD is the location of the burger king visited. I was not given a receipt at the point of sale. Firstly asked for a double chicken royal with bacon & cheese. Then an £5.99 whopper meal deal from the app. Adding an extra pattie. 4 mayos. We waited around 10 minutes to be served. Got our food eventually, I had a missing beef pattie in my whopper. my dad realised his burger (the chicken royale) was missing cheese and bacon, after 2 bites. So he went to ask to get it sorted and 'Stacie' the manager has slapped w2 slices of cheese on the side and some bacon like a dog.

The staff were lovely helpful and professional and nice people. but the food is one of the worst burgers I have tasted. BK owners need to provide better food and were is the proof ? That is Angus beef ? It’s not as I’m fully aware what Angus beef tastes like and that’s not it. Burger King please change your name as you are not a king of burgers at all. Rip to who ever I tasted in that burger
