Great cafe with a huge amount of delicious options - both savoury and sweet. I had a lovely curried vegetable soup with salad - both gluten free and dairy free, my husband had quiche with 3 salads, followed by the sour cherry strudel slice which was really tasty. He also took a piece of the wicked flapjack home with us... although it appears he has taken a bite out of it already 😂... delicious, and not too sweet.

Had a really lovely lunch today with family, I had the brocoli quiche with 3 salads from the salad bar and it was all absolutely delicious! I had a slice of lemon cake and tried some of the raspberry and pistachio brownie that my brother ordered and both were incredible. Have to say it all was the nicest food I've had in ages and all super reasonably priced. The staff were lovely - helpful and attentive. The cafe had a nice atmosphere and nice that it's dog friendly! It was very busy and I can see why!

Vege treats Proof that you need meat for tasty food. I stopped here for a quick bite on the way home from a long trip. Would have liked to try more of their menu, but wasn't hungry for it. The seating was a little cramped and no cushions on seats either which made this a place you wouldn't want to hang about and relax in. cider and white onion soup, 8/10 cider added a tasty dimension to an otherwise plain soup the bread would have been nicer, served warm. otherwise this was a great lunch snack chocolate roulade, 7/10 the chocolate cake was denser than I thought it was going to be. cream was

My favourite lunch spot in Kendal! Healthy, fresh and very tasty 'fast food'. Fast food meaning instantly available and takeaway. It's very hard to find places that do healthy food with lots of veg that's 'fast' these days. Baba Ganoush is a bit of an oasis in a desert for me. I wish there were more places like this! Thank you 🙏
