It’s mcdonald’s,i don’t expect it to be top notch all the time,but since coming here for the last couple years it just keeps getting worse.I don’t know if it’s because the staff are under trained or tired,but the other day i had the experience that genuinely cut it for me. My partner ordered an archie’s burger,and got a bit of meat with his sauce.The sauce was completely drenching his hands,horrible sauce btw and i wish i had took a picture,but because starving and laughing about the situation,we shook it off and decided to just eat our food how it was because it’s not worth waiting for anoth

Shocking 😲 customer service today.. Come here most Saturdays with my austic son , same order every single sat ...usually go to counter ( as sometimes the order can be wrong from touchscreen) Always make sure staff are aware plain burger absolutely noting only the burger ) Got cheese with it today , but apparently i should havd stated that on touchscreen...explained to lady ( management possibly) that I ordered of her colleague, still told I should havd said no cheese , quickly made her aware that I did say no cheese and to speak to her colleague.. 11pm after a 15hr day, very hungry decided to call in. Big mac meal, the burger tasted like it had been used to clean a dusty shelf, cold soggy fries, staff didn't even say a word when handing over food 10 mins later. (DRIVE THROUGH). Rats under the bins in Carpark. Awful. 1st and last visit.

I visited this McDonald’s expecting basic customer service, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite being a paying customer, I was refused access to the toilet, which I found both inconvenient and frustrating. I understand that policies may vary, but denying a customer such a basic facility doesn’t feel respectful or welcoming. It left me with the impression that customer comfort isn’t a priority at this location. I hope management reconsiders this approach, as small gestures like this can make a big difference in how customers feel treated.
