For a coffee shop, its kinda dim inside it which is a direct contrast to the lights in the hospital. The service is kinda slow but that is normal in places like this. Tho they have deals that do not apply when you pay at a machine (toastie and coffee deal in my case) just for me to find out via the website that lunch deals end between 1 and 2 pm which is not listed anywhere on the promo art. The cheese and ham toastie was pathetic. The bread is chewy as they leave them sat on a plate, on a tray, cooling down and letting it soak in the condensation off the plates, which would have been better i

They close at whatever times they want. No reliability. The food selection is not great and it takes a long time to even get a coffee

Never opens on time. Staff don’t seem happy at all. Needs to be more reliable and consistent especially as it’s located in the hospital.
