Being a coeliac with a dairy intolerance makes it hard to go out for coffee. However I have had so many great experiences at Costa that I keep coming back. Today I had a really helpful staff member, (Receipt says their name was Milan), and they made my life easier when ordering with allergies. I always declare upfront. I know my "usual" order now but I am limited to what I can order over all but with a friendly staff member who went through the process with me and made sure to wash everything including my cup, milk jugs, cutlery etc I always feel a little safer. So was very pleased when I said

hiiii 😁 we came here whilst our car was being checked over at the car supermarket across the road 🚗 hesitated coming at first as google maps said it was temporarily shut! i have requested to edit this inaccuracy. it was really nice to sit in the warmth and have some wifi! we did have to wait a while to be served despite there being no one else in the queue. my cheesecake and my partner’s chicken & cheese bites didn’t have much flavour. we also asked for a tap water which we didn’t get! but nice drinks, friendly environment and clean 🧼 great that there are also electric car chargers nearby.

Clean, well stocked and pleasant staff. Pretty much everything you want from a coffee shop. Lots of varied seating, plug sockets and charging points available too. Plenty of outside seating as well and even has a bike rack for bicycles! Has a couple of ev charge points in the car park and next to a big no charge are with about 10 points. There is also a drive through which is great for this of you who enjoy drinks in paper cups 😨

The staff were vrry efficient but still have to wait in line while they make each drink. The girl was very good and efficient at making drinks. Overall the place seemed very efficient. Coulx have been friendlier but they were busy.
