Genuinely a lovely experience. Out of the "chain" coffee shops in the area, this one is a runaway #1 on all measures. Good coffee, good food (especially the tiramisu, but overall the baked goods here feel much less "factory made" than at a Costa), and really fantastic service. I remember this place being a bit eh a number of years back, but the current team keep the place clean and the atmosphere positive. I would argue that maybe the place could do with an interior refresh, but that's on Nero higher ups to sort.

What an exceptional experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The coffee served was top-notch, meeting all my expectations and then some. Accompanied by my daughter and our furry friend as it´s dog friendly, we were welcomed with open arms, adding to the overall positive ambiance of the place. Despite arriving at 4 pm, finding ample seating was a breeze. Additionally, the convenience of their later closing time, at 5:30 pm, sets them apart as one of the few coffee shops in town that cater to those seeking a late aft

Nice vibes n a lovely atmosphere. Very friendly staff, attentive and welcoming. Coffee is always great. I really nice their tomato n cheese toast. So yummy n cheeeeesy. Dog friendly n they care about ur dog. Btw had good time while enjoying my coffee with delicious cake
