This place is excellent! Reasonably priced considering the quality of the ingredients and portion sizes. The coffee is tasty, and service was friendly and quick both times I visited. There is a nice outdoor seating space in the sun too. Will definitely be back 🙏

We went for tea on a Sunday afternoon, and had their home made scones with tea. They came in a well presented china dish with fresh fruit, jam and clotted cream. We had English Breakfasts tea with it, which came in a non-bleached, plastic-free bag. The whole setting is very cute, small tables with flowers are arranged on the terrace in the heart of Kingston town centre. Really lovely experience!

This is one of my favorite cafés. I love everything about this place—the coffee, the food, and the atmosphere are all fantastic. I visit around 3–4 times a week, which says a lot about how much I enjoy it here. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, polite, and genuinely kind. Just be aware that it can get quite busy on weekends, so you might have to wait a little longer for service. But honestly, it's well worth it. Highly recommended!

Always lovely to find a good independent coffee shop and Fortunella's food is good. They don't skimp on quality. Their eggs are the rich golden-yolked variety and you can tell just by looking at their bacon it is good quality bacon. Same goes for their sausages. Service was fine. The café is a little small and a bit cold but I didn't mind that in exchange for good food. I usually look at my partner's English breakfast with some disdain (because so many cafés don't use good quality produce) but this time I was begging him to let me taste a little. My burrata was ok. Not the best I have ever had
