Cozy and clean environment with highly professional staff members (especially administrators and managers). Today brilliantly sorted out a confusing app order and made sure that the client is happy afterwards. Toilets are clean and well maintained. Overall background music loudness level is comfortable.

Waited 30 minutes for our food, came out cold. sent the order back which the took another 30 minutes to arrive. came out some what better. Then ordered just a DRINK which i then waited 20 minutes for! THEN just to top it all of i get a parking fine through the post stating i overstayed at that location. which resulted in a £100 fine WOW. DON'T COME HERE.

Probably the worst Macdonald's in Bristol, staff have always been polite and friendly, but the food is often wrong or missing and they never have the correct toys in stock for the happy meals, it's always old stock or no toys at all. Was even asked if we wanted a toy or book, asked for toy as it was supposed to be the hello kitty ones and when I asked if it was the hello kitty toys, when collecting my food they said "no sorry we only have books" the books were Christmas ones aswell in February! Has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. My family usually joke while we’re in the drive-through queue, guessing whether we’ll be asked to park up or have items missing. It’s annoying, but sometimes it can’t be helped. Yesterday was something else though. We were waiting at the order point while six cars on the other side were served before us. We couldn’t reverse because there was a queue behind. I even got out of my car and went inside to ask what was going on, and the staff just said “ok” and walked off, completely uninterested.
