I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had when ordering the Mexican Beef Jacket Potato from your menu. Unfortunately, the product I received was absolutely appalling and fell far below the standards I would expect from a global brand such as Subway. The beef was cold, the overall presentation resembled more of a poorly assembled salad than a hearty jacket potato meal, and the taste was extremely disappointing. Not impressed at all Firstly, I am disabled, I don’t do technology well, infact my carer is writing this on my behalf I went to use subway in longwell green today, to be denied ordering for 20 minutes Now for context I orders 5 weeks ago at the Yate branch, and had a battle to do this, the serve said he had been told by the area and marketing manager to deny and refuse service to anyone who doesn’t order by the store screens I had to argue that it is discrimation and that it can not be denied, whilst I know the store had the legal rights to refuse service, they do not have the right to ref

One of the best Subways I have visited. Great location (we’ve just visited the cinema), loads of parking. The staff were really friendly and efficient. Nice clean shop. I had a smashed falafel wrap which was absolutely delicious. 3 of us ate in and it came to £23 which was very good value for 2 foot longs, my wrap and one upgraded to a meal deal so a drink and a cookie. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back.

I ordered my food at 17:00 today for me and my girlfriend, I ordered 2 foot long meals which also includes a cookie with your , firstly when opening my girlfriends food she received a 6” instead of the foot long that I ordered also as shown in the image provided her 6” is pretty much in pieces and the cookies that I ordered which were apart of our meals weren’t even the correct ones which I also shown in another image provided I ordered 2 rainbow cookies but received 2 cherry Bakewell cookies I ended up spending £37.16 so for my order to come in the condition it did is very disappointing.
