Really good experience today at Kirkby McDonalds after its internal renovation. Guard was on the door so no gangs of kids ruining the place, air con was lovely from the heatwave and food served well. Seating spacious, really nice interior, I used to avoid it here but will now be coming much more often compared to KFC opposite, brilliant job!

This is the McDonald’s branch me and my family visit very often, as we live very close to the restaurant. But everytime we arrive at the restaurant, something is always missing in our orders. Or when we visit to dine in, there is always fights, complaints, screaming, shouting, etc. Bless the staff though as I can tell they genuinely try their best in all they can do, it’s just as someone with ADHD and Autism, hearing and seeing things like this can be extremely overwhelming. And stuff like this happens every time at the restaurant and it does bother majority of other customers as there is litt

Never ever get the correct order. Either if it's someone else's order or we get half of the food what we order. Can't get in touch with them so usually end up to drive there and ask for the correct food while we were already paying for the delivery once. They usually blame the drivers who obviously just get the deliveries and it's not them who prepare the food. Horrible horrible horrible. I wouldnt even give 1 star.

Probably one of the worst Mcdonalds for ordering, always get your order wrong or missing items or just stone cold food, staff don't care and blame the delivery guys. Oh and they love to make you wait over a hour for food then cancel your order.
