Ordered a “king fusion” for my son got presented as a “king size” came to my son who had been shown a half empty cup of ice cream I go in and ask if it can be filled more to the image it’s portrayed and the server rolled her eyes and walked away from me not answering me, then another lady came through and started telling me I’m unable to get it filled up as it’s the size they do and the person next to me is served a “king fusion” and the ice cream is filled to the brim unlike mine. We arrived at 9:47 PM (just before the 10 PM close) and expected the usual last-minute annoyance, but Kayleigh was absolutely fantastic. I was having trouble with the app/discount, and she was incredibly patient, friendly, and sorted it out immediately. She assured us there was no rush and was so professional when communicating the fresh order to the kitchen team. She made us feel valued rather than a burden. Kayleigh is a total asset to this Burger King!

First day open but sadly a poor first impression. Was not overly busy at drive thru. .6/7 cars in front of me but took 42mins to get food. Appreciate first day can be overwhelming but communication not great. After 23mins I got to order point. "Be a minute" was the voice. Around 5mins later he came back and took order. Got an apology for wait. No problem. Get to window to pay and receive order...after paying asked if I could wait a few moments and window closed. 10mins passed and window opens "what is your order again?". Window closes once I say. 5 mins later and 42mins in total, I get the foo

Burger had very little sauce on it went and got extra tomato sauce to add asked for mayo and explained why I needed it yet they wanted to charge me 20p for extra even though there was not enough. Disappointed and usually this burger king I don't have a complaint. Also asked for bacon on burger was charged £1 for the bacon in the picture
