Visited KFC Lancaster today and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and served us with a smile. The restaurant lobby was clean and well looked after, making it a comfortable place to eat. I was also impressed with how clean and tidy the toilets were, which is always a big plus. The fries were fresh, hot, and tasted great. Overall, excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience. Keep up the good work!

Before even getting into reviewing the food, I must say the restaurant is simply unclean. It seemed as there was nobody cleaning the tables, chairs, etc. But instead, many workers all cramped up together at the till? The dirty restaurant should’ve been my first warning. We were originally going to eat the food inside, but after finding a seat, we could not stay there as it was all just dirty. Then, the customer service. No smiling, and no effort when delivering the food. After getting my food, both mine and my boyfriend’s food absolutely stunk. Our fault for eating it to be honest 🤷🏼‍♀️, but
