Absolutely terrible experience with McDonald’s—this was the worst order ever. I received a completely wrong order. The delivery label and receipt were correct, but not a single item inside the bag was mine. I called the store and was told to contact Uber. Uber claimed the receipt was correct and refused to refund me, even after I sent photos proving the food didn’t match my order—either they’ve never eaten a burger or they can’t read. I reached out to the restaurant again, and they also said they couldn’t help. The only solution they offered was for me to drive the wrong order back to the stor

A very wet day not busy, ordered my big mac meal speacial which was with added bacon a new limited meal, the price was far to much, the meat patty? if it was any thinner it would have blown away in the breeze it was that thin the lettice was just visable, the gerkin you need a maginfiying loop to find and the finishing touch was the sauce which was somewhere? This was the first mc donalds i had since lockdown all i can say is WORST meal i have had and for the money it was so Bad, the whole day was a bad one but this really topped it never again

Never seem to have an issue in the restaurant itself, but where this McDs lets itself down is when ordering delivery. They never seem to be able to get anything right. Last order I made last week, the mcflurry I ordered wasn't included. Tonight ordered 2 meals. No fries were included for either of us. An extra patty was ordered on the mcplant but this wasn't added, and this isn't the first time this has happened either. The double big mac whilst tasty looked like it had been put together by a child. All in all, a disappointing experience.

Myself and my friends ordered on just eat from this restaurant and we were very disappointed. It would appear that the staff here cannot read a simple order receipt and get it right, unsurprisingly for McDonalds really. Our food came lukewarm and when I rang to complain all that they could offer was for me to attend the restaurant, which if I was able to do that, I would not have ordered on Just Eat. Overall, extremely disappointing!
