I normally don’t leave reviews, but after multiple disappointing visits to this McDonald’s, I feel like it’s necessary to share my experience. First, the service is consistently slow and disorganized. Even when it’s not particularly busy, wait times are unreasonably long, and orders are rarely accurate. I’ve had to go back to the counter more than once because items were missing or made incorrectly — not a huge deal once, but when it keeps happening, it’s just frustrating. Horrendous service. We chose to eat in. But was handed a bag and a cup holder for the drinks rather than a try. My husband had ordered tea for himself and asked for some milk the server replied, I don't know where that's kept. Ridiculous and unprofessional. When I open the bag the chips We're not in the pouches as they should have been, but all over the tops of the burgers so I went to ask for a tray as to sort it out, but the server replied, I don't know what that is. Used the app to order food. While waiting the staff were super friendly and kind. even tho the store was busy they still made sure to be welcoming to everyone coming in. Not an everyday experience to see friendly staff at a fast food chain.

During my visit, three individuals—appearing to be under 18—were behaving as though they were intoxicated and openly drinking beer inside the restaurant. After they left, their table remained uncleared for over 30 minutes, with the beer still left behind. Additionally, the service was extremely slow.
