I think the reviews here are pretty justified. Honestly the food was pretty terrible. I ordered the pull pork fries and the fries were already soggy. The service staff also seemed quite dead and just want to get your order over and done with.. this breaks the magical feeling that the tour had build up..

The butterbeer is nice, but everything we ordered to eat (chicken wings with fries and pulled pork with fries) was so dry and old that we ate a bit only because we were too hungry. I would prefer to wait more than 5 minute and eat something comestibile than this. The tables are dirty as well and didn't see anyone cleaning while we were there.

A bit on the pricey side, and the food was just okay. The space is very open with plenty of seating, making it a convenient place to take a break during the tour. The hot dog was lacking in flavour, but the freshly fried chips were a nice touch. The butterbeer was creamy, though a little on the sweet side.

We went through to the butter beer cafe, it's expensive but a good experience, and you could keep the butter beer tankard . It's a shame they don't offer the frozen butter beer in a keepsake tankard either though.
