Tried to order off just eat and the order went through and took my money but they couldn’t fulfill it for another hour and a half. Don’t be available to order if you’re not available to order no shame

Me and my coworkers went to get breakfast at 6:45am today and the doors were locked. We stayed and waited outside until 7:10, still nothing. We could see workers inside chatting and doing nothing, ignoring us completely. It would be understandable if there was at least a sign on the door explaining why they aren’t letting customers in! Very dissatisfied after having to work on an empty stomach

Terrible experience. We ordered through Uber Eats Sunday morning, the app said this Greggs was open, and they were preparing our order, but about five different drivers came and cancelled. We finally drove there and found it completely closed. If the shop isn’t open, it shouldn’t be taking orders. Really disappointing and a huge waste of time.
