Absolutely shocking burger and chips from this McDonald’s. One side was hard and chewy, the other side floppy leaving a soapy aftertaste. The chips are appalling, having to snap them in half to dip them in the sauce. The only thing I could tolerate was the tomato sauce, because at least that has standardised quality control before being fed to the public. It cost me £3.50 overall - I am not impressed on the slightest.

Had the pleasure of visiting yesterday with my 4 year old grandson. As I am not very techy I had no idea how to use the self service order system. I approached a member of staff to ask for assistance. A lady called Claudia placed my order and delivered it to the table. As she could see my grandson needed my full attention. I can honestly say how well we were treated. Nothing was too much trouble. The customer service was fantastic and my grandson certainly enjoy his kids meal. Claudia went above and beyond for Us and I truly appreciated all her assistance that made the whole experience memorab

McDonald’s at Leeds train station is a handy stop if you need something quick before your train. It’s usually busy, so service can feel a bit rushed, but the location is convenient and the food is what you’d expect. Fine for a fast takeaway when you’re short on time.

Often not all the ordering points are working. And then the ones which do work dont issue a receipt. Long wait for the food and then also you have to wait for a receipt to be printed. Avoid and buy your breakfast on the train or elsewhere.
