I recently visited this Indian restaurant @tamatanga and honestly couldn’t fault it. From the moment you walk in, the tropical themed interior sets the vibe. Cool lighting, vibrant colours everywhere, and leafy décor cascading from the ceiling. It’s such a fun, aesthetic space and the perfect spot for photos📸 The food was just as impressive. Lovely place, staff are friendly and helped with recommendations. food came lovely and hot and was delicious. also got mocktails which were 2 for 1!! however. we had our bill paid and left. but check the receipt to find a 10% tip which was not disclosed to us, so it wasn’t optional, even though it states that it is optional and it was only after we left that we realised this. this isn’t a bad review, this place is lovely for friend family dates! however, it would be nice if staff let us know about the tip, considering it was only two of us there, and staff did not let us know that they were ad

Absolutely incredible food at Tamatanga, Leeds. We ordered the butter chicken and the railway cabin lamb curry - both were packed with flavour and the meat was unbelievably tender. The food came out so quickly yet was still piping hot. The salad served with the curries was super fresh, and the naans were perfect: soft, warm, and fluffy. Portion sizes were spot on.
